The bailiff law firm Foisy Labrecque, huissiers de justice inc. was founded on 15 September 1999 in Montreal (LaSalle borough). We now have a second office on the South Shore.

Pierre Foisy and François Labrecque are bailiffs who started in the field of notification of procedural documents, enforcement of court decisions, amicable collection of claims and voluntary property surrender.
